Reservation system for dining leaves much to be desired!!! Internet access in rooms is practically nonexistent!!! Kid's activities were severely lacking and the kids' club wasn’t engaging enough for a meaningful experience.

The place has spacious rooms and beautiful pools. The buffet food was enjoyable, especially breakfast. The staff was friendly and attentive. It also offers fun activities for families. A relaxing stay.

Make sure to book dinner reservations as soon as you arrive. they fill up quickly for specialty dining.

had a fantastic stay at azul ixtapa grand all inclusive suites, spa & convention center! the kids club is well-thought-out, though it could use a bit more supervision. The buffet was delicious, and i loved the spa. my massage was heavenly. the nightly show was enjoyable for the entire family, and the staff were super friendly, even gifting us a sun hat for dia de la mujer.

the main pool and one restaurant were under maintenance, which was a bit disappointing.

The facilities here are amazing! With three beautiful pools, including an infinity pool that overlooks the ocean, I felt like I was living in paradise. Plus, the spa was a pure delight-my massage was heavenly, and I left feeling completely rejuvenated!

Had a great time with friends! The spacious rooms were a hit, and the beds were super comfy. The buffet food was tasty, especially breakfast. We enjoyed fun activities like kayaking nearby and loved the evening show that was entertaining for the whole group. Just make sure to book your specialty restaurant reservations early since they fill up quickly.

The luxury suite provided a spacious layout, with a comfortable bed and stunning ocean views. The kids' club offered a range of activities, though improvements could enhance the experience.

Noise levels were a major downside, especially being placed near the employee stairs and service routes, making it hard to get a decent night's sleep. Internet connectivity struggled on the 23rd floor, and several facilities, including the activities center and kids' culinary area, were closed during our stay. Dinnertime reservations filled up quickly, and the bulk of dining options leaned heavily on a buffet with mediocre food. Additionally, the pool closing at 7 PM felt quite limiting for evening swims.

The spa was absolutely heavenly! I loved the massages and the peaceful ambiance. The only downside was the limited seating at the specialty restaurants – we ended up at the buffet instead.

The free WiFi was a bonus, and there’s plenty of shopping options too. Perfect spot to relax and enjoy some fun in the sun! Just keep in mind, reservations for specialty restaurants fill up quickly.

One downside was the difficulty making reservations for the specialty restaurants. We missed out on dinner at the nice spots and ended up at the buffet, which was a letdown for our group.

The luxury suite was spacious and comfy with a lovely balcony. Three outdoor pools, including a gorgeous infinity pool, were great for lounging. The spa was amazing, with a hot tub, massage options, and a fitness center. Friendly staff provided cold drinks poolside, and the buffet had lots of tasty food options.

Stunning views and amazing food!

My stay was truly enjoyable, with a beautiful room offering breathtaking ocean views. The food exceeded all expectations, featuring authentic Mexican cuisine that was simply delicious. The staff was incredibly attentive, making my experience even better. However, it would be great if there were more comfortable options for early arrivals, as the extra charge for early check-in caught me off guard.

The kids club is a hit with the fam, and the buffet had some bomb food. The spa was pretty awesome too! Pro tip, catch the fun 8:30 pm show for family entertainment.

They gave us a sun hat for Dia de la Mujer which was a thoughtful touch. The show at 8:30 pm was fun and provided a great family experience.

It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.
